Processing Capacity
With 260 sets of machining equipments, including more than 30 sets large and medium CNC digital display equipments and 10 sets of sophisticated detection equipments, Such as: 8m vertical lathe, 9m horizontal lathe, 9m grinders and other equipments. The company can accomplish the process of complex surfaces of impeller and the shaft processed can be up to 8000mm.
Assembly Capacity
ln the Assembly Workshop, the 30M bridge crane, with the maximum load of 75T, has three layers. There are 7 square/round vertical pump assembly pits, with the deepest depth of 15m, in which pumps can be assembled in the factory and operation test can be carried out according to customer requirements.
Test Ability
The pump test station, with an area of 4,125 ㎡, has 5 test benches including wet pit, dry pit and closed pit. The maximum depth of the test pool is 12m, and the total volume is 10,000m³, which can meet the requirements of maximum flow rate of 34m³/s and maximum motor power of 10,000kw with frequency conversion function for pump test. It is the largest pump test center in China up to now.
Welding, Heat Treatment Capacity
With large plate bending machine, welding manipulator, automatic carbon steel and stainless steel wheelabrator, automatic welding robot, 950 ℃ gas annealing furnace and other welding heat treatment equipment, the workshop can weld super dual-phase steel, dual-phase steel, 316L stainless steel and other structural parts with special material.
The Ability to Test and Detect
1. To inspect the overall quality in materials, welding, processing and assembly.
2. To be able to measure mechanical, chemical, thermal, length and other parameters.
3. A pool of 10,000 cubic meters, the largest water pump test bench in China.
4. 30 sets of imported equipment for chemical analysis and performance testing, which can analyze and test materials to ensure internal quality.
